ANY ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN THURSDAY 5TH APRIL & MONDAY 9TH APRIL WILL BE PROCESSED ON TUESDAY 10TH APRIL.
We offer 2 different types of delivery method’s on orders placed before 12pm Monday – Thursday
Please note orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on a Monday for delivery next day.
Royal Mail standard delivery £3.95 3-5 working days
Royal Mail Special Delivery £5.95 Next working day
Please note that a signature is required for delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel a note will be left with instructions to collect or have redelivered.
Bank Holiday Deliveries.
any orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed the following working day (tuesday) for delivery
We hope you’ll love every Hollywood Glamour purchase, but if you ever need to return your purchase(s) you can do so within 7 days of receipt where we will offer a full refund (excluding original delivery charge). providing the item has been unworn shows no signs of wear and in perfect re-sellable condition with garment tags still intact. Please note when trying on items of clothing please ensure that you are not wearing any perfume/deodorant/ make-up / slef tan, which may leave a scent or mark on the item as all items will be fully inspected when returned to ourselves, we will be unable to offer a refund if there is any sign that this information has not been followed.

Vintage clothing & accessories
Hollywood Glamour do not offer refunds or exchanges on vintage items. These are original pieces, therefore there may be natural wear & tear on items due to their age.
Hollywood Glamour offer an exchange only within 7 days of receipt, providing the item has been unworn, shows no signs of wear and is in perfect resellable condition. Any pierced jewellery i.e. earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged for reasons of hygiene
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
Items purchased online cannot be returned in store as they are separate departments.
Any return must be notified to us by email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt with your details and item information.
How to Return an item
Please complete your returns form which you will find enclosed with your receipt, and send both the returns form and parcel to;
It can take upto 7 days for us to receive your item but once we have received it in store we will contact you via email and process the return within 3 working days.
Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us and we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is Your responsibility.
